I am an environmental economist in the Department of Economics at Colgate University. My research uses modeling and empirical tools to evaluate and design environmental and climate policies. My current work quantifies the welfare impacts of behavioral responses to environmental policies and the environmental consequences of non-environmental policies. I am particularly interested in the environmental impacts of shipping and transportation.
